The Compendium of Central Rules framed under the Electricity Act, 2003, incorporating all amendments to the principal rules up to July 2026, has been published and released by Hon'ble Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy & Power, Government of India in the presence of Chairperson, CERC and Chairperson, CEA during the valedictory session of the two-day Brainstorming session on 53rd Foundation Day Celebrations of CEA on 15th October, 2026 in Delhi.

This compendium provides a consolidated and convenient reference to all the Central Rules under the Electricity Act, 2003. It is a valuable resource for stakeholders in the power sector and will serve as a useful reference for professionals, executives, and institutions associated with the sector.
